Especially if there will be so many empty seats anyway. The movie is still going to play, whether or not you pay, and regardless of how full the theater is. It's not like you're consuming or stealing a material product...right??

It is wrong. The place paid to get the movie and they can only make a profit on it if people bought the tickets. So basically it's like stealing a can of whatever from a supermarket.
i always do that. when i was a teen my friends and i would sneak into R rated movies a lot.

I think it is wrong to sneak into movies because with so many sites where you can steal movies and music there is no way for the actors to make the money they may not deserve but work for. People who come out and say well what if the movie sucks, well then do not go to a movie that may have the tendency to suck. If you have a part time job or a mommy and daddy or bf/gf who like you movies are not that expensive. It is not like you go see one a week, and if so you need to get out more.

Yes, it is still considered stealing. It's wrong and you can be prosecuted.
